The Nai Gaj Dam is a 59 m high, 1,137 m long clay-core earth-fill dam designed to support sustainable agriculture in the arid Kachho region while maintaining environmental flows toward Manchar Lake. Once completed, its 370 million cubic meter reservoir will ensure year-round irrigation for 11,655 hectares of farmland and introduce hydropower potential to support regional electrification. TCI’s wide-ranging role includes design review, additional investigations, structural optimization, contract administration, high-efficiency irrigation technology integration, watershed management, and full construction supervision. The project strengthens water security in drought-prone areas while supporting rural livelihood development.
