TCI prepared an integrated master plan for road network development across the remote Musandam Peninsula — a geographically complex region isolated by mountains and fjord-like inlets. The work included aerial photogrammetry, detailed mapping, and staged feasibility programming to prioritize investments that would unlock new residential, tourism, and defense access routes. The master plan enabled a structured development framework that continues to guide infrastructure delivery in Musandam today.
