To expand Pakistan’s container-handling infrastructure, TCI delivered the engineering design and construction oversight of a 5.2-hectare high-capacity RTG container stacking yard within the Qasim International Container Terminal (QICT). The yard was engineered for high ground contact pressures and six-high stacking, requiring advanced pavement design, subgrade stabilization, and high-load distribution detailing. To be completed soon, the expansion will enhance QICT’s terminal throughput and create smoother cargo flow at Pakistan’s second-largest port.
