Detailed narrative description of the project
Worked in association with Royal Haskoning, TCI is supervised the construction of marine works including dredging, reclamation, breakwaters and quay walls. The marine works contract includes 9 km of breakwaters, 35 million cubic metres of dredging 3.5 million m3 of reclamation and 2250m of blockwork gravity quay wall 18 m depth alongside and 800 m of 10 m depth.

Detailed description of actual services provided by the Company:
Provided a comprehensive team of 21 staff at site to undertake Resident Construction Supervision, quality, cost and time control on this US$ 1.4 Billion project. Corelock Armour Unit Size = 15.0 tons & 9.3 tons for Main & Lee Breakwater respectively. Breakwater construction consisted of fabrication and placement of Concrete Armour Units CORE-LOCTM and GPS based software assisted placement (POSIBLOC system), primary under layer armour, breakwater core, filter layers-Geotextile, toe embankment structure, wave return wall, production of durable & quality controlled concrete for primary armour, controlled rock gradation & placement etc.
